Recognized as a key touch point for the global consumer, Tog launched the Teacher’s brand website in 2017. A visually stunning site that amplifies the brand heritage and Scottish credentials. The imagery brings the Teacher’s story to life with it’s rich history and humanises the brand by bringing the craftsman at the distillery to life.
The site aims to recruit new members into the brand, increase brand awareness and extend audience reach. Whether a whisky novice or whisky connoisseur, modern development techniques have been used to provide an intuitive user experience relevant to customer needs.
Primary communication objectives were to use the online presence to strengthen the brand position in emerging markets with a strong consumer base for blended Scotch whisky. The development objective is to amplify the brand differences from its competition and firmly establish its relevance to the modern consumer.
Since site launch, there has been a 200% increase in time spent on the site, with customers connecting with the brand to educate themselves in the craftsmanship behind this famous whisky brand.
